Flights by Celebrity
• Delivers premium benefits that give our Guests everything they want in an airfare. It provides great value, the assurance that the flights you select will get you to the ship on time, and the flexibility to choose your airline and flights.
• Provides Assured Arrival as our guarantee to assist guests when they encounter any flight disruptions that occur through no fault of their own. We also proactively monitor flights and offer an around-the- clock specialist who is available throughout your travel and acts as a liaison between our guest, the carriers and our ships.
• All these features are available for travelers who purchased a cruise reservation with us and want the option to purchase flights associated with their cruise travel. Travelers are not permitted to use Flights by Celebrity for flight purchases not associated with a confirmed cruise reservation.
• Flights by Celebrity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any flight purchase not associated with a confirmed cruise with Celebrity.
• There may be times when we are unable to confirm a reservation due to situations beyond our control. In the rare event this occurs, we will attempt to reach you by phone or email to adjust your flights. You must call us back within 24 hours; otherwise, we may not be able to honor your original booking.

Fare Types
Non-Refundable
• True to their name, they are non-refundable and fare increases may apply for changes after purchase.
• These fares are available to the public in most airlines and travel websites.
Refundable with Fees
• Exclusive private rates, negotiated by our different brands, customized for each guest.
• These Refundable rates have no cancelation fees once they are purchased, prior to cruise final payment date (approx. 90 days to cruise date).
• After cruise final payment date (approx. 90 days to cruise date) or accelerated ticketing requested by guest, the total value of the ticket will be refunded less a $200.00 non-refundable handling fee.
Change Policies
Non-Refundable Tickets
• Once the ticket has been issued the name on the ticket cannot be changed.
• Your ticket is non-refundable and may not allow changes. Ticket changes may be subject to penalties and/or increased fares.
• If permitted to change your reservation, your air carrier may charge a handling fee to use your ticket as credit for a new reservation. This fee varies by airline, market, and specific fare rules.
• You will additionally be responsible for any additional air cost in addition to the respective air penalty.
Refundable Tickets
• Your ticket can be changed without penalties or fees, prior to cruise final payment date (approx. 90 days to cruise date) by cancelling and rebooking a new reservation (Specific flights and fares are not guaranteed through this process, as the new reservation will be based on new available inventory & fares at the time of booking).
• After cruise final payment date (approx. 90 days to cruise date) or accelerated ticketing requested by guest, there will be a $200.00 penalty plus any fare difference to make the change.
Cancellation Policies

• Ticket is subject to the cancellation terms and handling fees of its respective airline carrier.
• If you cancel your reservation, your air carrier may charge a fee to use your ticket as credit for a new reservation. This fee varies by airline, market, and specific fare rules.
• You will additionally be responsible for any additional air cost in addition to the respective air penalty.
• You may be eligible to apply part of your ticket price towards future travel (for a limited time, usually a year from the date of ticket issue).
• If you cancel your reservation and are eligible to apply your ticket value toward future travel, the airline carrier will impose a change penalty prior to determining the amount that will be applied to the new reservation.br> • Ticket is fully refundable prior to cruise final payment date (approx. 90 days to cruise date).
Refundable Tickets

• Ticket is NOT subject to a Flights by Celebrity cancellation fee.
Domestic Flight Notice
• Domestic air transportation to be provided in some countries including the U.S. (and its overseas territories and possessions) may be subject to the individual contract Terms and Conditions (including rules, regulations, tariffs and conditions) of the transporting air carriers (available on the airline’s website), which are herein incorporated by reference and made part of the contract of carriage.
• Please make sure you have reviewed the important legal notice entitled "Conditions of Contract", "Notice of Incorporated Terms", "Notice of Baggage Liability Limitations", and "Notice of Overbooking" in Terms & Conditions of Travel.
• TThe Terms & Conditions of Travel will also be available at the airport prior to your flight departure.
International Flight (Warsaw Convention) Notice
• If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention may be applicable, and the Convention governs and, in most cases, limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and for the loss of or damage to baggage.

Taxes and Fees:

By making reservations on this site, you agree to abide by the policies described herein as well as in our Website Terms and Conditions. Please review these policies carefully from time to time as they are subject to change.
Tax Recovery Charges:
We are required to pay taxes, governmental fees or other charges to our travel suppliers, as and when, and in the amounts, billed by each supplier. Each supplier must then remit such amounts to the appropriate taxing authorities. In order to recover the amount of such taxes, governmental fees and other charges, we impose tax recovery charges on transactions as outlined below.
Air Transactions:
Where noted with a plus sign (+), prices shown for air-only transactions and travel packages that include air fare for one adult and are subject to an additional tax recovery charge. Such tax recovery charge represents a recovery of all additional applicable transaction taxes, governmental fees and other charges that we may be obliged to pay to the relevant airline(s) in connection with your travel arrangements, including but not limited to the following US charges: (i) Airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to US$18, depending on itinerary; (ii) Federal Segment Fees of US$3.10 per segment (defined as a takeoff and a landing); (iii) the September 11th Security Fee of US$2.50 per flight segment (maximum charge per trip of US$5 one-way, US$10 round-trip); (iv) a Travel Facilities Tax of up to US$13.80 per round-trip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; and (v) for international itineraries, foreign and U.S. government-imposed charges of up to US$200 per round trip, depending on routing and destination. Air fares may be subject to additional restrictions, may not be available on all flights, and may change without notice. Specific fare rules are provided prior to purchase.
Fees for Changes/Cancellations/Refunds.
Itinerary changes, cancellations and refunds, if permitted by the airfare, may carry an airline penalty fee potentially ranging from US$100.00 up to US$600.00. The airline penalty fee is in addition to any applicable fare increase and may vary by market, carrier and specific fare rule.
Airline Ancillary Fees:
Some airlines may impose extra fees for certain services and amenities such as but not limited to baggage, priority boarding, advanced seat assignments and receiving pillows & blankets. Please Inquire directly with your Airline or visit their website for a list of any applicable ancillary fees.
Hazardous Materials Notification:
Customer is advised that certain common products, such as aerosol spray deodorants, can be hazardous when transported on aircraft in carry-on and/or checked baggage. Temperature or pressure fluctuations may cause some items to leak, generate toxic fumes or start a fire. The transporting of prohibited items may result in fines or in certain cases imprisonment.
Please ensure there are no forbidden hazardous materials in your luggage such as:
Lithium batteries
Explosives
Aerosols
Flammables
Oxidizers - Oxygen, Bleach, Powdered Cleaners, etc.
Toxins - Pesticides, Poisons, etc.
Radioactives - Testing sources, etc.
Corrosives - Wet cell batteries, etc.
THERE ARE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS FOR SMALL QUANTITIES (UP TO 70 OUNCES TOTAL) OF MEDICINAL AND TOILET ARTICLES CARRIED IN YOUR LUGGAGE, SPARE LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR MOST CONSUMER ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN CARRY-ON BAGGAGE, AND CERTAIN SMOKING MATERIALS CARRIED ON YOUR PERSON. BAGGAGE MAY CONTAIN ITEMS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE CARRIED WITH YOU ONBOARD THE AIRCRAFT. FOR EXAMPLE, SPARE LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIGARETTE LIGHTERS MUST BE REMOVED FROM CHECKED OR GATE-CHECKED BAGGAGE AND CARRIED ONBOARD THE AIRCRAFT. TRAVELING WITH MEDICAL OXYGEN, LIQUID OXYGEN, MOBILITY AIDS AND OTHER ASSISTIVE DEVICES MAY REQUIRE AIRLINE PRE-APPROVAL OR BE RESTRICTED FROM CARRIAGE ENTIRELY. PASSENGERS REQUIRING THESE ITEMS SHOULD CONTACT THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY FOR INFORMATION ON USE OF SUCH DEVICES.
